Hotel Colonial Ciudad Juárez, Ciudad Juárez

My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were clean and comfortable but lacked essential amenities like an iron and hairdryer. Unfortunately, the washer and dryer were out of order during my visit. Despite this, the location was very nice although noisy on the last night. The service was top-notch, especially Hector's, and the dining experience was excellent, serving continental Mexican-style food.

The hotel rooms are in dire need of a remodel, yet they were clean and provided a comfortable and quiet stay. The parking lot was decent, but improvements are necessary.

The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, although there was a lingering smell reminiscent of a smoking area upon arrival. The service was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. The location, while a bit industrial, is practical for travelers needing access to the bridge, though noise from outside may be a concern. The dining experience was satisfying, with a good continental breakfast including fresh fruit. The facilities were well-kept and contributed to a pleasant stay.
